Give me a topic for a post!

I have a wide variety of topics that I would love to write about, but I want to hear what you’re looking for.

Do you want articles about using or administering Booked? Do you want to hear about my journey launching Twinkle Toes Software? How about being part of an agile team, or the broader agile software development process? General software development or architecture more your speed?

Leave a comment and let me know what you’d like to see more of on this blog!

a post about how to send invitations of reserver to external users would be perfect PHPscheduler…

This will be built into Booked in 2.6. For now, the best approach would be to create a custom attribute for the list of external users to notify, then write a PostReservation plugin that looks at this value and shoots off an email.

Nice work. I would like to write a plugin to send custom notification when a reservation is approved. Unfortunately, the “entrance points” I see are Pre or Post reservation but not post approval. Any hint to do that ?
    Thanks alot

Take a look at the PostReservationExample distributed with the application. There is a CreatePostApproveService function which will allow you to inject your custom notification.

I’d very much appreciate a blog post about how to use the API with PHP. I know that there is one about JavaScript, but I’m really lousy at that, so a PHP equivalent would be jolly nice!

And – thanks for a great project! I really like Booked!
